How do I return the product to Diamond Sutra within 15 days?
- Within 15 days, initiate the refund from your account or call us directly and we will help you do that
- Return pickup will be arranged via one of our 3rd party logistics partners. On the date when the pickup is scheduled, please hand over the packet with the product to the person.
- Please collect an acknowledgement (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number)
- Once we receive the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your account in 7-8 working days after a quality check.
